Surro is a great lecturer, one of the best Econ professors in my opinion. The class is well organized, and Surro's lectures give you all the information you need to know to succeed. It is more difficult than previous Econ classes (harder than 11 or 101), but if you understand Surro's lectures then you should do fine on the tests. The homework load isn't bad. There were 4 problem sets throughout the quarter which took about 1-2 hours each, and an Excel project at the end of the quarter that took longer, closer to 10 hours or so, but it wasn't very difficult. Definitely recommend taking this with Surro if you get the chance.
