extremely easy class; professor Bassett is truly a great professor and he makes it clear that he doesn't want to be those professors who don't care about their students or is a strict grader. Concepts are extremely easy to grasp and this is a great cluster to take if you want to fulfill your science GEs.
Bassett was an amazing lecturer and always brought snacks for the class. He was very engaging and an understanding professor. The homework was very doable and the final was a simple research paper that was very leniently graded (no final exam or midterms).
Bassett was a really great professor and was very engaging in his lectures. Even though I didn't think I'd be interested in the class (only took it for GE reqs), the course content was actually pretty interesting. Participation was tracked through iClicker. There were discussion assignments but overall pretty chill class and easy to get an A.
