Hands-on work to study deterioration and conservation of metallic artifacts and composite objects containing metals (copper and copper alloys, and silver). Corrosion of ancient metals and their deterioration processes, conservation, problems in stability, issues with composite objects, their deterioration and stabilization, cleaning, joining, and gap-filling. Letter grading.
