Lecture, two hours; laboratory, eight hours. Enforced requisites: courses 30AL, 110A, 113A, all with grades of C- or better. Enforced corequisite: course 110B. Lectures include techniques of physical measurement, error analysis and statistics, special topics. Laboratory includes spectroscopy, thermodynamic measurements, and chemical dynamics. P/NP or letter grading.
