Fundamentals of Public Health
(Formerly numbered 150.) Lecture, four hours; discussion, one hour. Limited to nonmajors. Not open for credit to students with credit for course 50A. Exploration of foundations of public health by examining public health challenges at local, national, and global levels, and current strategies for advancing population health. Analysis of current public health issues and modern public health policies and practices. May be concurrently scheduled with course C201. Letter grading.
