Organizational Psychology

Lecture, three hours. Introduction to variety of topics within field of organizational psychology, examining organizational behavior from variety of perspectives. Focus on individuals: what motivates them, how do they learn best, how can they manage their careers in this rapidly changing organizational landscape, and how can they develop leadership skills. Focus on groups, entire organizations, or relationships between organizations and external environment: what makes some groups work effectively and some not, how can organizations be sensitive to diversity and inclusion in workplace, what trends and forces have impact on organizations today, and what are best ways to bring about change in organizations.
