Studio, one hour; outside practice, six to eight hours. Limited to freshman/sophomore Music Performance majors and junior Music Education and Music Composition majors. Students must perform in one practicum during academic year. Grades are assigned by applied instructor in fall and winter quarters and by jury examination in spring quarter. May be repeated for maximum of 12 units. P/NP or letter grading.
