Professor Woo explains things very clearly and uses organized lecture notes. All lectures have an asych version posted on the first day of class, so could be done asych if you want. Fair exams.
This class is fairly easy to understand compared to other mgmt classes I have taken at UCLA. I definitely recommend reading the textbook and doing the homework as the exams have questions very similar to the textbook. The class average as 60% on the midterm however this class is curved and extra credit is offered. The midterm consisted of mainly short answer with a few multiple choice. Overall Woo is a great professor and her notes are clear and she is easy to understand.
