Conservation Laboratory: Organic Materials II
(Formerly numbered Conservation of Archaeological and Ethnographic Materials 238.) Laboratory, four hours. Enforced requisite: course 262. Designed for graduate conservation students. Typical treatments used historically and currently for deterioration problems found in organic materials from archaeological and ethnographic contexts. Materials include plant and animal fibers, feathers, and quills. Letter grading.
