Dr. Schriver is by far, my favorite professor I have ever had at UCLA. The class material can be difficult, but Schriver communicated perfectly about what he expects you to know. Tests are 100% fair. 10/10 professor, which is not a rating I would ever give out lightly.
Professor Schriver is the best physics lecturer! The exams are pretty much the same as the review sessions, so if you only attended class for the review sessions and understood those problems you could do well on the tests. The homework could be found online, and discussion wasn't mandatory since it was just doing homework so you could skip it if you finished the homework yourself.
I hated 5A and 5B, but 5C was very doable and Schriver was a very kind professor.
