Seminar, two hours. Normally to be taken by all graduate students in term before or during their first assignments as teaching assistants. Seminar/workshop in various pedagogical issues and strategies in preparation for teaching classical civilization, Greek, and/or Latin undergraduate courses. Readings and group discussions in topics related to teaching in field of classics. May not be applied toward MA or PhD course requirements. S/U grading.
