Seminar, three hours. Requisite: satisfaction of Entry-Level Writing requirement. Freshmen/sophomores preferred. Examination of psychological, philosophical, historical, and cultural theories of perception through lens of American Postmodern improvised dance. Class time is divided between movement sessions and discussion. No previous dance experience required. Letter grading.
