Analysis of earthquake-induced ground failure, including soil liquefaction, cyclic softening of clays, seismic compression, surface fault rupture, and seismic slope stability. Ground response effects on earthquake ground motions. Soil-structure interaction, including inertial and kinematic interaction and foundation deformations under seismic loading. Letter grading.
