this course gave you the ability to choose your grade makeup: 4 reflections over the course of the quarter (abt 3-4 pages) or 2 6-8 pages midterm and final papers. i chose the miderm and the final papers, which were relatively easy; they were based on a documentary and a book we had to read for the course.
the first assignment in the quarter is a food log, which you do for a week and then write a short reflection.
overall, easy A!
