Studio, one hour; outside practice, five hours. Preparation: two years of courses 91A through 91Z or 92. Limited to Ethnomusicology majors. Advanced private or semiprivate music instruction with distinguished community-based musician, that must be arranged by students and approved by course instructor. May be repeated for credit without limitation. Letter grading.
