Extends principles of introductory value investing class to more advanced and wider variety of applications. Makes use of multiple case studies to enhance comprehension with real-world examples and to highlight necessary valuation skills that students are expected to master. Also covers market dynamics that can create opportunities to find structurally mispriced securities such as rights offerings, spin-offs, restructurings, and liquidations.
