Linear transformations, conjugate spaces, duality; theory of a single linear transformation, Jordan normal form; bilinear forms, quadratic forms; Euclidean and unitary spaces, symmetric skew and orthogonal linear transformations, polar decomposition. P/NP or letter grading.

Pretty easy class. Chernikov takes all his lectures directly from the textbook, so attendance isn't necessary. Homework and exam questions are very similar, so make sure you understand the homework. This was made easier considering the exams were all 24 hours online.
