The class wasn’t extremely hard. If you notified him about not being able to make class he excused it. He didn’t force anyone to participate. Most people were doing other things on the laptops during class. The one thing is he sometimes gave out little assignments that weren’t worth any points. So only a few assignments were worth actual points, so if you don’t do good on those assignments your grade might drop. Especially because the assignments were worth so few points, if you got 1 or 2 points off it could drop your grade. The assignments weren’t very hard. There are weekly readings but most people either skimmed or didn’t read them.
