Selected topics in public accounting, such as audit and fraud examination, mergers and acquisitions, public-company status and going-public process, role of partner, serving entrepreneurial clients, and fund accounting. Discussion of case study of current interest in accounting profession. Business plan preparation. P/NP or letter grading.
