Lecture, three hours; discussion, one hour (when scheduled). Designed for juniors/seniors. Survey of field of psychological anthropology, with emphasis on current topics and research. Topics include study of personality, pathology and deviance, altered states of consciousness, cognition, motivation, and emotion in different cultural settings. P/NP or letter grading.
