    Quarter Taken: Spring 2023 In-Person
    Grade: P

Not horrible for a poli sci upper div. The prof goes off on tangents in lectures, and to be honest the lectures are kind of pointless. The ta's were all super chill and told us what would be on the midterm. They were also pretty clear about expectations for the final.

    Quarter Taken: Spring 2024 In-Person
    Grade: A+

Although the lectures themselves may have not been very engaging, Professor Stein was very understating of this and posted the slides on BruinLearn which, truthfully, helped a good amount. The class had a very minimal workload which could work for or against you. There was a midterm exam worth 35% of the final grade, the final paper was worth 50%, and the rest was section participation. Personally, I found the midterm exam to be very straightforward and the study guide provided to us was of much use. Overall, this was a great class to take and I would recommend others to take it.

    Quarter Taken: Spring 2024 In-Person
    Grade: B+

Unfortunately this class was impacted by the TA strike and protests on campus, and my final grade was a 89.5 which they wouldn't round, but I would still recommend it.
