Introduction to major Chicano narrative genres--novel, romance, satire, autobiography, cronicón/semblanza, Chicana detective novel, and Chicana solidarity fiction. Texts examined within their own geographic, cultural, and historical contexts, as well as within history of narrative forms. P/NP or letter grading.
