Lecture, three hours; fieldwork, 24 to 40 hours. Requisites: courses 401, 409, 410A through 410D. Limited to and required of first-year MFA production/directing students. Designed to give hands-on experience in film production. Students prepare and direct six-minute films and serve in preassigned crew positions for each other. Letter grading.
