    Quarter Taken: Winter 2021 Online
    Grade: A

The course was well-organized, as it was actually designed to be a UCLA Online class _before_ the COVID-19 pandemic. However, lectures were a bit rambly, and it could be hard to grasp what the "big ideas" are that the students need to take away.

The exams were quite tough, being primarily based on memorization (e.g., how many years ago did plants first come into being? what years did the Devonian period span?). The professor also doesn't provide a lot of resources to prepare for the exams. Releasing an exam-length set of practice problems would have helped.
