Applied Bioinformatics Lab for Biologists: Fundamentals

Laboratory, six hours (five weeks). Introduction to contemporary methods and techniques in bioinformatics that are used to analyze high-throughput genomic data. Topics include introduction to UNIX, Next Generation Sequence (NGS) data analysis, ChIP-seq, BS-seq and RNA-seq, and others. Letter grading.
