Topics include optimizing Web and product interfaces to enhance quality of user experience, with focus on applying principles of cognition, perception, learning, and memory to create human-computer interactions that are consonant with user needs and capabilities. Course projects include creating and user testing actual Web-based application. S/U or letter grading.
