Examination in-depth of principles and doctrines of federal Indian law as applied to property rights in land, cultural resources, hunting and fishing rights, water rights, and economic development. Special jurisdictional regimes established by federal statutes, such as Indian Child Welfare Act and Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, addressed. Letter grading.
