Law and Economics Workshop

Seminar, two hours. Requisite: course 201A or Management 405. Knowledge of empirical methods and basic calculus required. Interdisciplinary speakers series bringing together outside speakers with scholars and students from UCLA Law School and academic departments. Topics include contracts, torts, intellectual property, and business law. Students write graded reaction papers. May be repeated for credit. Concurrently scheduled with Law 648 and Management 294. S/U or letter grading.
