Seminar, three hours. Requisites: courses M260A, M260B. Introduction to high-throughput data analysis, including DNA microarray technologies and next-generation sequencing technology. Presentation of statistical methods and software for handling complex data produced by experiments using these technologies. Some hands-on training on data analysis provided. S/U or letter grading.
