Susan is very sweet, but her lecture style is very confusing and hard to follow. Tests were poorly worded which made them very difficult, even if you study. And, your entire grade is based on the midterm and final. She gives a very generous curve but even with that it's hard to pass, unless you are already well knowledgeable in the class topics. I would not recommend this course.

The lectures are very engaging, especially if you are interested in biological anthropology. The exams are all multiple choice and mostly rely on lecture material, though some reading of the weekly studies are needed. She grades on a very generous curve.
