Examination of social welfare of Latinos (Chicanos, Puerto Ricans, and Cubans) in U.S. through assessment and critical analysis of social policy issues affecting them. Survey of social, economic, cultural, and political circumstances affecting ability of Latinos to access public benefits and human services. Letter grading.
