Computer Models of Communicators

Lecture, three hours. Introduction to using computerized methods to model communication processes. Survey of various computational methods, and how to apply these in hands-on exercises. Exercises help setup small-scale simulations of communicators on personal computers. Covers computer models for individual communicators, dyads, groups, and collective (mass) systems. Letter grading.
