    Quarter Taken: Fall 2022 In-Person
    Grade: A

Solid, instructor could be confusing at bits but the midterm practice sheets mirror the midterms.

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2022 In-Person
    Grade: A-

For a new professor, the lecture was acceptable in being easy to digest as a student who hadn't taken any chemistry within the last 2 years. I personally found myself watching the online recordings to supplement/review what was covered in person, and I found that to help. I actually received a better grade then I expected.

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2022 In-Person
    Grade: A+

The in-person lectures were fast-paced and not thorough, but she posted longer videos online covering the content thoroughly, so watching the videos was more helpful than attending the lecture. Her practice midterms and final were identical or very similar to the actual exams.

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2022 In-Person
    Grade: A+

Professor Reslan was pretty disorganized because it was her first quarter teaching. However, her midterms and the final were pretty straightforward if you listen to the lectures and do the homework. She also scaled a little bit at the end of the quarter. Overall, it is helpful if you have prior chem experience but the class isn't super difficult.

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2022 Online
    Grade: A+

Reslan was a very kind and helpful professor. I personally liked the asynchronous format. Her quizzes and homework were really straightforward and midterms were super fair. She gave practice exams for them as well. Would take a class with her again

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2023 In-Person
    Grade: A

I personally feel profs aren't super important for general classes, I personally felt Reslan's method of explaining wasn't doing it for me so I often watched videos re-explaining concepts, but the material itself was not that hard. Midterms are not bad.

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2023 In-Person
    Grade: A

Rescan switches up the syllabus to match her current pace

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2023 In-Person
    Grade: N/A

Dr. Reslan is very clear and tells you exactly what you need to know for the exam. If you do the homework and discussion worksheets plus the practice tests, there's no reason why you can't get an A. Lecture is recorded and attendance isn't taken, but discussion is mandatory.

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2023 In-Person
    Grade: A+

It is a super easy class just do the assigned textbook problems and use her PowerPoint notes. If you are able to do the discussion worksheets without help you will be totally fine

    Quarter Taken: Fall 2023 In-Person
    Grade: P

Professor Reslan was great, but she doesn’t explain everything in her lectures, so as long as you review concepts and self study on your own time, you will be fine. Discussions are mandatory but lectures are not. Overall I would highly recommend!
