Organic reactions, nucleophilic and electrophilic substitutions and additions; electrophilic aromatic substitutions, carbonyl reactions, catalysis, molecular basis of drug action, and organic chemistry of pharmaceuticals. Professor Pham was a great lecturer, but there is just a great deal of content to learn in a single quarter, especially for anyone with little chemistry background prior to college. He really did care about his students learning though. I recommend spending time every day grasping the lectures and watching a lot of videos.
