very hard class, lot of work required, good lecturer
Corbin is genuinely my favorite professor at UCLA.
There is no one who loves their subject like him, and for a lover of physics, there's no one better than him to learn from. His whiteboard lectures bring back real learning, and force the student to pay attention.
The homeworks are hard but challenging, same with the exams.
But physics should be hard, and he is a grader who values effort over everything in the final grade.
Take this class if learning matters to you.
I think it is wise to treat your notes like the Bible
Corbin is Corbin. You gotta work for it.
Lectures are good, need to study lecture material to do good in class.
