Tung was a great professor who was very understanding of his students. He takes the time to fully work out each new equation rather than blindly throwing it at you, which may be helpful to some. Overall the class wasn't too hard and would definitely recommend as the best option for Physics 1B.
Organized class, well prepared lectures, interesting demonstrations. Learned a lot, would recommend
Overall pretty standard for Bruinwalk reviews - was a little stern talking one-on-one, but prof is generous in terms of the Physics department.
Prof. Tung's lectures were very enjoyable and his workload was manageable. Lectures were recorded on Bruincast but if you attend it in person he would give extra credit for participating in the poll questions.
He uses his own course material on Kudu for homework and as the course textbook. Do try to finish all the homework questions as he gives a generous amount of extra credit for them (I did not and lost out on getting an easy A so please do not repeat my mistake T_T)
