Dr. Silvers was super organized and taught really well! This class was pretty simple, and as long as you understood the lectures, it's an easy A.

you do need to study but i tended to do well by just reviewing the textbook and lecture notes

Fair class. LOTS of content. Listen while you are in lecture, like really listen, and you will do well. Readings help supplement lecture material. Silvers is funny and relatable; she would sometimes go on story tangents that would cause us to lose 15 minutes of lecture time, then she would try to cram it all in at the end because the midterm was the next class, and yes, the content in this rushed class would be included. Overall fine and good.

I never had to read the textbook or even look at it to do well in this class. Silvers is a very good lecturer and the content is easy and the class is very manageable. The only thing I would say is that there is just a lot of material, so memorization might be slightly difficult. However, if you spend a little time and effort studying, you should be completely fine. This class doesn't ask anything crazy of its students, and provides some interesting material for thought.

Very easy class. I received the grade that I expected and it was interesting, especially with Silvers. Her pacing for the lecture were well.
