I loved this class so much, especially with Goff. She is one of the most caring professors I’ve had to pleasure to study under. I highly recommend this class to any psych major, as it is very interesting.
Amazing lecturer. Even if you aren't interested in dev psych, Prof Goff is extremely good at teaching the subject in an interesting manner. If you understand and review lectures, you will do well on the midterms. The questions may be tricky since they are more application based, but Prof Goff's lectures are very clear and help a lot. TA's are very dedicated and great too.
Dr. Goff is a caring, compassionate, and extremely humorous lecturer. I learned so much from her class not only about psychology, but also about my own childhood and the effect of my early life experiences into my adulthood. Highly recommend her to anyone interested in psych.
Bonnie Goff is an INCREDIBLE professor. She is so clearly passionate about what she does - the kind of passionate that makes you passionate too. Easily my favorite class taken here! There are two midterms, but only the highest grade is kept, and one final. All of them are multiple choice. If you can, TAKE THIS CLASS.
LOVED THIS CLASS AND BONNIE!!! She cared so much about students and had very well laid out lectures. There was almost no reading, just occasional supplemental articles or videos to watch. Discussion sections were easy and based off of the week's material and were required with 1 allowed to be missed. Iclicker quesitons in class were helpful for studying and if you got the most right you got extra credit. also sona extra credit. fair midterms and you got to drop the lower of the 2 and the final was just like the midterms.
