    Quarter Taken: Winter 2023 In-Person
    Grade: A-

The class is pretty similar to LS7A in terms of structure. The first half focuses more on genetics while the second half is more ecology related which is easier in my opinion. Grading is fair but this professor isn't the best at explaining.

Professor was alright, seemed like she did care for her students. Loves participation and encourages it. This class was just like a typical class in the 7 series, just alright.

Quite honestly, as long as you show up and participate and do decently well on the tests, it is not hard to get the grade you want.

    Quarter Taken: Spring 2023 In-Person
    Grade: A+

This could be the easiest course of the 7 series. If you have any sort of background knowledge in biology, you honestly don't have to pay attention to do well. Clicker questions make class mandatory, but if you bypass it you don't even have to go.

Overall an okay class with all online exams. The only somewhat hard part was genetic laws and some ecology, but it is very manageable. The professor does have a strong personality, but it is a fair class.

    Quarter Taken: Spring 2023 In-Person
    Grade: A-

This class is a lot of work. Plan to spend 4 hours a week preparing for next week and studying the previous week. You also have lots of little assingments and quizes that take up a lot of time, at least an hour a week. The slides in class were generally useless and unhelpful and you have to learn everything at home. The midterms and finals are ridiculous because you don't learn any of it in class. If you want any shot at doing well on the exams you have to read the textbook and practice and really understand every diagram and concept/method.
