Class was relatively simple. Professor Pham is a great lecturer, but he can be hard to understand sometimes. However, he did go over all the topics he covers on exams. The exams are not the easiest just because it's a lot of application-based questions so you really have to have a good grasp of the material in order to do well. That being said, it's not a very difficult class and it is very possible to do well.

If you don't attend lectures, be sure to go on iclicker during the lecture time because the participation category gives you easy points. When it comes to studying for tests, redoing the PEQs helps a lot and if you can, try taking an old exam so you can familiarize yourself with how the questions are worded.

Great professor! He made his lectures both educational while also having fun with it. I would strongly recommend going to the discussions and office hours for the best result In this class

Lecture material somewhat detached from material on tests. Wording on tests a bit confusing. Supposed to act as a way to transition life science students into college level courses so lots of cushiness. Got the A I expected with a fair amount of work. Came away not retaining very much.
