Honestly, looking at other classes and hearing from my friends in previous quarters this guy is the best teacher to take for this course. 31B is a difficult course, but Zhang's tests are pretty easy based on the first midterm (second midterm I am taking tomorrow and the content is a lot harder). Even though some of the HW questions may be a bit difficult Zhang's tests are never the harder ones, instead they are the easy ones that are just testing for knowledge of formulas. On top of that you get a cheat sheet back and front and the last question on our first midterm was a 10 pt review of the class. Definitely go with Zhang if you can.
